Notice Regarding Soybean of Other Color (SBOC)
The Soybean of Other Color (SBOC) situation affecting E3 soybeans continues to be closely monitored. Soybeans with more than 10% SBOC are graded as “Mixed Soybeans” rather than “Yellow Soybeans,” which impacts export value. We are currently grading SBOC levels to monitor our inventory. At this time, we are working to actively manage this situation for our customers rather than reject loads or discount. Please be aware that loads testing above 10% SBOC are subject to rejection if export specifications warrant such action in the future. We will continue to evaluate the situation and provide updates as additional information becomes available. We appreciate your business!
Reminder:
We have a NO HOLD policy.
Please contact the office at delivery with direction if non-contracted grain is to go to storage or spot.
